Who, What, When, Why

When I was in the seventh grade, I was obsessed with Body Shop. I dreamed of the day I’d be able to afford all organic, natural beauty products.

Fast forward 20 years. First my illness and then my daughter inspired me, causing me to think doubly about my health and my impact on the world around me. Suddenly, I’m acutely aware of the chemical makeup of most ‘everyday’ products and foods. I also live on a budget. How can I get the name brand quality of chemical-free foods, toiletries, and cleaning products without spending an arm and a leg?

I found, to my delighted surprise, that I COULD create sustainable practices within my routines. I’ve made changes that do not add a burden to my already harried schedule, and worked in routines and work for my family. I’d love to share my tips with you!
